- 24-Hour Money Back Guarantee: Students who purchase an online course or practice package have a 24-hour window to request a refund. If you’re not satisfied within this period, we’ll promptly process your refund.
- Beyond 24 Hours: After the initial 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for online courses or practice packages.
In-Person Training
- No Refunds for In-Person Training: TITAN Training Services, LLC does not provide refunds for in-person training events.
- Transfer Option: If a student is unable to attend their registered class, we offer an alternative. You may request a transfer to another future class at no additional cost. Here are the details:
- Transfer Request: Please send your transfer request by email within 14 days of your scheduled class.
- Late Requests: If your request is sent after the 14-day limit, a $150 transfer fee will apply.
